Writing Samples

I worked most on two products: the Session Border Controller and the Converged Application Server.

Session Border Controller

Sample What I did
REST API Wrote genex, a tool that generates code examples for each API, and personally tested each request and response for every endpoint.
HMR Guide Rewrote and reorganized the guide for clarity, then tested every example by modifying live SIP traffic in the lab.
ACLI Reference Guide Programmatically located missing parameters and values to improve completeness and accuracy.
User Accounts Set up TACACS+ and RADIUS servers in the lab to test and document multiple authentication methods.
Syslog and Process Logs Configuration Wrote a procedure that follows the Oracle Style Guide and SBC conventions.
Lawful Intercept Maintained minimal public documentation alongside extensive, highly restricted documentation for authorized audiences.
License Information Led a new Markdown-to-HTML publishing process that saved product owners hours of copying licenses into Word.
Virtual Machine Platforms Deployed the SBC on KVM, VMware, and OpenStack.
Public Cloud Platforms Deployed the SBC on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and OCI.

Converged Application Server

Sample What I did
Cloud Deployment Guide Deployed the product on Kubernetes and documented the process.
REST API Tested and rewrote the REST API documentation.
Intelligent Media Connector Wrote a new guide for an AI-connected platform.
